Robert got back from Washington DC last night at 11:00 at LAX. Dad went with me to pick him up because it's not the best part of town. He was jetlagged as it was 2:00 according to East Coast time. He went to bed and I stayed up with mom until 2:oo to watch the notebook. She had never seen it before and thought it was a fufu movie...until she saw it. Now she loves it.
Robert went to church with the family today and we are celebrating Father's Day by barbequing steaks for dad. Adrianne is making a carrot cake because it is one of dad's favorites. (Dad loves raisins in just about everything, especially in carrot cake; nobody else likes raisins in carrot cake so we'll see what Adrianne does). We have to buy stamps for the invitations tomorrow and Robert needs a MAJOR haircut. He hasn't had it cut in tow months and his hair is too long. Then we have more wedding errands. Mom and I registered at Crate & Barrek yesterday; we've been registered at Bed Bath & Beyond since March. Robert's mom is coming into town tomorrow and we are going to be able to see her.
