Pictures and Updates

I have heard from several people who want to see some pregnant pictures of me. I admit I haven't taken many but I took some this week and so I will post them. The update from the doctor is that the baby is still measuring big so they have set an induction date if I don't have him by them. It is near my due date. They don't want to let me go overdue because he would be measuring over 43 weeks by that time. Robert and I have the car seat, stroller, swing, bouncer, etc. and are ready for him to come. I have some wonderful friends and a wonderful ward who threw me awesome showers. More on that later as this is a quick post because dinner is on the stove and needing my attention. I hope you all rejoice in my hugeness!

It's quite admirable that you are this far along and looking so beautiful. Let us know if you or Robert need anything in the coming days. We'd love to help with anything you may need!

Dear Natalie,

You look so beautiful. I didn't want anyone to see photos of me with William toward the end...but man you are doing so well. What day is the induction?!?!? Danielle said she knows someone who went to your law school shower. I am sending the warm suit thing!!

Love, Dee

I just read your comment on my blog. They wanted to check me at my appointment yesterday and strip my membranes too but I said no. I dont want to have this baby yet and it would hurt. She told me I had to next week cause will be 39 weeks at my appointment. I am dreading the pain. People think it is silly cause they say the pain of labor is worse. To that I say I can have an epidural if I want, but they are not going to give me anything in the doctors office for that fun little procedure. I am glad you warned me about how bad it hurt. Keep me posted on what the doc/hospital decide. I am still waiting for my anyday baby to come and it has been over a week since I was told I was 90% and a 2. Boy he must really be stubborn and want to stay in there.
